You guys, I’m kinda panicking that Christmas is this weekend.
I’ve been so busy with everything else that I haven’t been able to finish shopping. But I’m leaving for San Diego and Arizona tomorrow, which means I HAVE to get my act together.
Luckily, I’ve done some of my shopping in bits and pieces last week and here are some gifts that I picked up. There is still time to get your gifts – I found out many online retailers can still deliver by Christmas, so if you’re like me, you just gotta make sure you order online today!
If I have a group of friends that I’m buying for, I love buying a bunch of little makeup sets and breaking them up to create custom gifts. Most of my friends are beauty lovers and I love customizing each gift by color, scent, etc. These sets by Tocca are a great example!
I always gravitate towards the beauty department whenever I shop – I can’t help it! This tarte Works of Tarte set had me drooling as soon as I saw it! Bummer it’s sold out, but there are plenty of other tarte palettes available!
This Marc Jacobs set is super cute too. The mini lipsticks come in a really cute pink metallic zip clutch and I think any luxe makeup lover will LOVE this.
I’ve been obsessed with this SF brand called Foreo, so when I saw this mini set, I knew at least one of my friends would appreciate this. Hello, it’s all about preventative skin care! 🙂
For a mom or any woman you want to spend a little more on, you have to check out this local SF handbag brand called SwanDoe. I’ve shown the purses on my Snapchat before and oh my goodness, they are stunning. They have a tote bag in different colors and this crossbody wallet bag too. Can we also talk about the color? So chic!
You can’t go wrong with a sentimental gift when it comes to your grandparents. One year, my cousins and I had an idea about giving a personalized calendar filled with childhood pics. This year, I picked up these frames at my local HomeGoods but you can get frames almost anywhere.
Practical gifts are always a good choice when shopping for guys. Foreo has some amazing holiday sets for men and I really love this one because it’s techy and practical too! If you’re trying to get your man to take care of his skin, try getting him this. Plus, it’s in a manly color haha.
I just discovered Daniel Wellington not too long ago and after seeing it all over Instagram, I decided to get some. I liked the timeless design and when I received it, I was impressed with the quality of the leather. As for the price? It’s really affordable for a watch of this quality! I ended up picking this watch and this watch in the 36mm.
FOR (ALMOST) ANYONE
If all else fails, a bottle of wine always makes a good gift. Take a little bit of time choosing a wine that your recipient will love and put effort into wrapping it.
