I used to just throw my hair up in a bun and without fail, my bun would start to unravel, and in the middle of class, it’s a chore trying to tie back my bun together (multitasking is so hard for me haha). Mixed with sweat and the jumping around, hair sticking to my face just feels gross. Does this ever happen to you After a lot of testing at the gym, I found 3 braided workout hairstyles that keep my hair in check and can survive any of my HIIT workouts.
For serious workouts, this is my serious workout hairstyle. French braiding takes a little bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll want to french braid everything. The best part is that it actually holds my layers in place during a workout.
I love the look of ponytails, but hate it when my pony is flying all over the place. So when I’m in a hurry, this is my easiest hairstyle because I just throw my hair up in a pony and braid the ends.
If I know I have to go somewhere after class, this is my go-to hairstyle. It’s cute while you’re working out and cute right after too.
