Here’s how to make your brown eyes sparkle.
I love December because it’s the season for warm colors. Browns, golds, and dusty reds are some of my favorite colors for makeup looks during the holidays. This month, I haven’t been able to put down one of my old favorite lip colors — the Ulta Matte Lip Cream in the shade Courageous. This shade is a perfect brick red for everyday wear. I normally pair this lip cream with brown eyeshadows and warm blushes and highlighters.

Here’s what I used in this look:
For my eyes, I used the Laura Mercier Eye Art Artist’s Palette.
Throughout the crease: Truffle
Outer V: Espresso Bean
To blend harsh edges: Fresco
Lid: Bamboo
Lower lash line: Espresso Bean

During the winter, my skin gets really dry. To counter the dryness of my face, I like to use a cream highlighter for a dewy finish. For this look, I used Colourpop’s Super Shock Cheek in the shade Wisp. This highlighter is a champagne shade with a gold flip.
Then to finish the look, I added my trusty Ulta Matte Lip Cream in Courageous. I had forgotten how much I loved this product! The formula is so buttery, so even though my lips are normally chapped in the winter, this matte lip cream isn’t uncomfortable to wear.
