When any holiday comes up, it’s an excuse for me to forgo any sort of healthy eating. From the burgers to the beer, trust me, I want it all. But that doesn’t mean I don’t want to partake in some sort of healthy snacks or make some healthy decisions. Instead of regular beer, choose light, or instead of the salty snacks, eat some fresh veggies or fruit. It’s all about balance, right?
