100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Mascara Swatches & Review (c/o)
I’ve never smelled a mascara this good. Think fruity tropical candy (yum)…
This mascara is vegan, water resistant, and contains fruit and black tea pigments to lengthen, separate, and gloss your lashes.
Compared to most mascara wands, the 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Mascara bristles are slightly more old school. It has three sides in a wave-like pattern to help you coat your lashes with each turn of the brush.
This mascara is not waterproof, making it easy to take off but uncurls lashes really easily. I didn’t experience any smudging on my lower lash line (which I find most non-waterproof mascaras do) and lasted for the majority of my day.
As far as lengthening goes, it lengthens slightly and the bristles from the wand make it easy to separate each lash. The mascara works wonderfully when layered, I focusing the layering on the tips of my lashes to lengthen it even more.
I have super short and straight asian lashes, so I tend to go for waterproof, lengthening, volumizing extreme mascaras, so for me, using this mascara alone wouldn’t suit my needs. However if you are blessed with long curly lashes, you might like this mascara!
To sum it up, I’d say the 100% Fruit Pigmented Mascara is ideal for those who are:
- ultra sensitive
- have really long lashes
- like the natural non-clumpy lash look
- vegan
Available for $25 in 4 shades at 100% Pure online and in-stores, Amazon, and Dermstore.

Oooh how interesting! I love the sound of the scent! Most mascaras just smell like sharp plastic and nothing nicer than that! I like how it’s a natural plush coat on your lashes but for myself it probably won’t be enough or waterproof enough either! Thanks for the review!

The smell was the first thing I noticed and it was such a nice surprise! It smelled so good that I wanted to taste it (but I didn’t haha).
