100% Pure Herbal Detox Mask & Aqua Boost Mask Review (c/o)
Along with all the indulgences that comes with vacation, last week I was feeling ill from being exhausted. Despite trying to rest, my skin was in a need of a serious pick me up that no amount of sleep could give.
The 100% Pure Herbal Detox Mask and Aqua Boost Mask was just what I needed — something to pull all the nasty toxins out of my skin and something to add life back in.
I have a quite a few detox masks, but none that are all natural. I underestimated this little guy because this packs a BIG punch. I’m a pretty avid user of peels (which don’t hurt me that much), but this mask had me fanning my face. For being all natural, I was quite impressed.
The stinging doesn’t last very long and you only need to leave it on for a few minutes (I leave it on for longer bc my skin kinda sucks lately) for it to suck up the toxins from your pores. Since I have oily skin, I can get away with using this multiple times a week, but if you’re on the dryer side, you might want to use this every other week.
After rinsing it off with a wash cloth, my skin felt brighter and smoother.
The 100% Pure Aqua Boost was the perfect accompaniment to the Detox Mask. I slathered on a generous layer and left it on all night, letting my skin absorb it all. Depending on what you prefer, you can either leave it for 15 minutes and wipe off the residue or keep it on overnight. It contains vegetarian hyaluronic acid and cucumber to sooth, and it’s even gentle enough to use around your eye area. Even though my face gets really oily, my under eye area gets dry, so I loved that I was able to give my under eyes some extra love. When I woke up in the morning, my skin was left supple and moisturized.
Thoroughly impressed with both products and I look forward to using it in my weekly pampering routine.
