100% Pure New Facial Cleansing Brush Review (c/o)
Not going to lie, I love using an electronic face brush everyday. There are mixed emotions around it though, some say it’s too abrasive for everyday and some say it’s perfectly fine to use at night to thoroughly cleanse.
Premium electronic brushes are also pretty steep in price, so there are many cheaper alternatives out there. 100% Pure recently released this vegan Facial Cleansing Brush if you’ve always wanted to try an affordable face brush.
100% Pure‘s new brush has a shorter handle made out of wood and is much more compact than it’s previous version.
I tend to double cleanse my face in the shower at night, so the roped loop tied to the brush makes it easy to hang in my shower.
If you found that electronic face brushes are too abrasive for your skin, you’re in for a treat with 100% Pure’s brush. The bristles are sooo soft and felt so gentle against my skin.
When I cleanse at night, I use an oil, balm, or makeup remover to remove the bulk of my makeup. I find that going straight into using a facial brush with all my makeup on inhibits the foaming action that I love when I cleanse. So when most of my makeup off, I rely on my brush to remove the makeup residue.
For my acne-prone skin, I enjoy the use of the electronic facial brush since I feel like the vibrating helps unclog my pores. I didn’t notice a difference with 100% Pure’s brush and found that it was too gentle and delicate for my skin type, but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for others. I think uber-sensitive skin types will really benefit with the use of this brush and there are already reviews on the site to prove it.
Available for $21 at 100percentpure.com.
