Aerie Beauty For Real Review (c/o)
Aerie Nail Polishes | Sun Bum Flavored Lip Balm | Aerie Sugar Rush Scrub | Tattly Tattoos | Aerie Sun Kissed Lip Gloss | Aerie Glow Stick in Coco Cabana | Aerie Sea Spray
I can’t believe it’s coming up to my one month anniversary at Coachella. I’m really missing the warmth, the palm trees, the flash tattoos, and of course, the music. I’m totally guilty of watching and listening to sets over and over again. I’m so obsessed with Porter Robinson’s music at the moment.
So when Aerie sent me a bunch of products from their Beauty For Real line, I wished I brought some of these products to the festival. For example, the bamboo matt would have been perfect for sitting on the grass, the drawstring backpack to store my spare clothes/shoes, lip balm with SPF from Sun Bum, and the Tattly flash tattoos to wear everyday.
Beauty For Real Aerie Sunkissed Lip Gloss
These miniature sized glosses are great for tossing in festival bags. At least there are two glosses and because they’re so little, I won’t feel bad for losing them.
Both shades are very universal across all skin tones, which are easy to slap one when you don’t have a mirror handy. They’re not opaque and are on the thick side, great for a sheer wash of shimmer that won’t fade away too easily.
Aerie Beauty For Real Pink Lace, Pretty Pink, and Sea Foam Fun Nail Polish
My next favorites are the nail polishes: two fun bright shades that look great in the hot weather and one ballet pink color for those who don’t want the upkeep of bright polishes.
I had to go for Pretty Pink for this week’s manicure and the formula was great. It applied non-streaky, not gloopy, and the pigmentation was there.
For my next music festival (which I hope is soon!), I’ll definitely stop by Aerie at AE for some beauty items to take with me and you should too!
The Aerie Beauty For Real line starts at $7.95 and is available online at ae.com and American Eagle Outfitters Stores.
