Allure 2014 Best of Beauty

Allure is one of my fave magazines EVER and every year, I always look forward to their Best of Beauty Awards.  Now, there’s a lot to look at so I grouped together a few products that I’m most excited about.

T3 Voluminous Hot Rollers Set: I sometimes use velcro rollers for extra volume and I’m curious to see how these ones match up.

Serge Normant ‘Meta Revive’ Dry Conditioner: Since my roots are dark, I get the dreaded powdery/chalky scalp.  I’m always on the look out for new dry shampoos because I love the texture and volume it gives.

Laura Mercier Crème Brûlée Honey Bath: I’ve heard really good things about this product and Laura Mercier’s body products always smell out of this world.

First Aid Beauty Skin Rescue Purifying Mask With Red Clay: I’m a massive fan of the Red Clay cleanser, it cleared up my skin so much!  I want to see if this mask will help with the monthly breakouts.

Yves Saint Laurent ‘Fusion Ink’: I haven’t met a YSL product I didn’t like and with my oily skin, I can’t wait to try it!

NARS ‘Audacious’ Lipstick: I FINALLY ordered this lipstick a couple days ago, will get back to you on how I like it.  But based on what bloggers and YouTubers are saying about it, it’s going to be a winner.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Matic: You saw in one of my posts that I’m trying to grow my cream shadow collection and the MUFE Aqua products I’ve tried have never disappointed.

So the next couple products are not new to me, in fact, I already own these!  I love these products so much, so I had to give these a shout out. 🙂

Wet n Wild MegaLast Lip Color: I’ve been using these for years and boy are they a bargain.  Great products to buy if you’re not too sure about a certain shade.  If it doesn’t look good on you, you only lose out on $2, but if it does, you’ve found a gem at the drugstore.

Milani Power Lip Lasting & Moisturizing Gloss Stain: I haven’t tried this particular shade, but the one shade I do have is super opaque and glossy.  So for the ladies that have pigmented lips like mine, give these a try.

philosophy ‘the microdelivery’ peel kit: Talk about immediate gratification!  I’ve never gotten results so quickly from a skincare product.  My skin turns out super smooth and soft after I’m done with this peel.
