Anastasia Liquid Lipsticks Spring 2016 Review & Swatches (c/o)
I’ve reviewed a lot of liquid lipsticks on my blog and in the world of liquid lipsticks, Anastasia is the queen bee.
If you follow me on IG, you probably would have seen that I received these lipsticks a few weeks ago and they are so so so beautiful in person.
The Spring 2016 collection has 10 new shades containing mostly neutral colors.
I feel like finding the right nude is so personal and I love that in this collection there are 5 different types of nudes to choose from. Even though some of these shades look really light, they even work with my skin tone and the warmer undertones in these shades make it so wearable.
Chocolate shades are also becoming pretty trendy, so I really enjoyed trying Ashton and although it looks really 90s, I’ve grown to like the color when paired with the right makeup.
Also, if you’ve been lusting over Dusty Rose, you’ve got to try Crush. Crush is based on this cult favorite, but slightly lighter.
With the brighter five colors in the range, this collection easily carries over from spring to summer. Anastasia continues to amaze me with their trendsetting color selection. I’ve been obsessed with berry nudes for so long now and ABH seems to always come out with new variations that I continue to fall in love with.
Unlike the other liquid lipsticks I’ve reviewed lately, the Anastasia Liquid Lipsticks set matte and dry, so be sure to moisturize and exfoliate before applying.
I’ve converted so many of my friends to try these Anastasia Liquid Lipsticks and they are blogger favorites for a reason! Hands down, these are some of my favorite lipsticks to wear.

Ashton and Katnip are absolutely gorgeous! I was debating between an Anastasia liquid lipstick and a KVD one and ended up going for the KVD one since the formula is thinner and comfortable on the lips. Not sure if you’ve tried that or the Stila ones and knew how they compared?
Also, how lucky are you to receive all these!! I’m sure you’re having a ball rotating these in and out of your makeup stash 🙌🏼

Madison would be so pretty to wear as a super matte like this! I’m not sure why but bright pop colors look so much better matte.

These look amazing! I tried to pick up a couple of the ones on my list whilst I was in Vegas but they were sold out everywhere! I did manage to pick up Milkshade but unfortunately it’s a bit too light – Crush looks like a lovely colour though xx

Omg there is one literally with my name on it (but spelled incorrectly). I’ve never tried a liquid lipstick, since I generally prefer a lighter lip product, but everyone and their mother seem to rave about these.
