Anastasia Shadow Couture World Traveler Palette Swatches & Review (c/o)
If you’re trying to venture out into more colorful palettes, the Anastasia Shadow Couture World Traveler Palette is a good one to try.
There’s a good mix of warm neutrals, dark and light, and a few brights sprinkled in. The palette contains a mix of textures too: matte, satin, and metallic. Apply the shadows dry or wet, depending on the look you’re going for.
Did I mention that this palette is only $30? Pretty reasonable compared to most higher end eyeshadow palettes.
By far, Morocco is my absolute favorite out of the palette. It’s so warm and I love using it in my crease as a transition shade. Heirloom and Azure swatched beautifully and oh my gosh, both are so pigmented and vibrant.
Spoiled and Fudge were harder to work with. Spoiled didn’t really show up on my skin tone and I had to swatch it multiple times for some color pay off.
Now Fudge was an interesting one. Fudge was patchy to swatch on my skin, but it worked much better when I used a brush to apply on my lid. Blending wasn’t a problem.
The next six shades were all winners, even Noir (which is crazy black btw). What you see on my arm is just one swatch and the texture is so buttery and creamy.
I’d recommend this palette for those who:
- Want to start wearing bolder colors
- Love vibrant shades
- Love high impact makeup
- Love playing around with different makeup looks
The Anastasia Shadow Couture World Traveler Palette is available for $30 at AnastasiaBeverlyHills.com, Sephora.com, Ulta.com, and Nordstrom.com.

Oh this palette is STUNNING! I own many colorful shadows and do love colorful looks! Although I totally just want to pick out bellini, pink champagne and intense gaze! I’m about to finish a shimmery peach shade which I love and need a replace soon! Eek!
