Best Nude Nail Polishes For Tan Skintones
I’ve really grown to embrace nude nail polishes this year probably because I’ve found a group of the best nude nail polishes that I think really suit my skin tone. Sometimes I wear one of these nail polishes on its own, but more often than not, I layer them to get the perfect shade.
OPAQUE NUDES
- OPI Samoan Sand: Semi-translucent, but you can build it up with multiple layers, ideal for the “mannequin hand” look
- Zoya Taylor: The most opaque polish out of my faves and is a great shade to paint your nails in a hurry and fake polished nails 😉
PINK-Y NUDE
- OPI You’re Blushing Again: A natural nude pink that doesn’t blend into my skin tone
SHEER NUDES
- Essie Mademoiselle: Really sheer, almost clear, but adds a nice jelly effect on top of my opaque nudes
- Ciate x Olivia Palermo Sunday’s: Much more opaque than Essie Mademoiselle, so I can use this as is or add it on top of OPI You’re Blushing Again

Butter London Yummy Mummy for a shimmery nude – so beautiful.
I’ve been trying to find a nice nudeish-taupe colour, but because I’m so pale, I’ve found that the very pink tones seem to look the most natural on me. Loving the looks of that Ciate one!
