Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation Light Bronze Swatches & Review
A few weeks ago, I received a package on my doorstep from the UK from my dear friend Becky of Lipgloss and Lashes. We both have birthdays that are in close proximity to each other and I was lucky enough to receive a bunch of goodies that I’ve been wanting to try for forever! I’ll have more reviews soon. 😉
The first product I tried was the Bourjois Paris Healthy Mix Foundation, a brand that UK bloggers always rave about. Bourjois used to be sold at Sephora YEARS ago, but I can’t find it anywhere these days (except online at a markup!).
Becky did an amazing job at color matching! I think out of all the shades in this range, I’d pick the same one too. The entire range leans a bit more peach to my liking, so I just have to mix in a yellow mixer to get the shade to perfectly match my skin tone.
The finish is not like any of the other foundations I have in my collection, it definitely has an unexplainable radiance to it that gives a gorgeous luminosity to the skin. I don’t see any shimmery flecks anywhere, but it makes my skin look fresh and perfected. In my opinion, the medium coverage is perfect for me, and for a radiant foundation, it lasts surprisingly long on my skin when I powder it. I didn’t see any separation at the end of the day!
For those who are lucky enough to easily get Bourjois at your local drugstore, I really envy you! For a drugstore foundation, it totally knocks out some of my more expensive foundations. 😉

Yay! I’ve been using this one since 2010 from before they repackaged it and I’ve always loved the yellow tones and how it looks. Lightly applied or layered up, it always looks gorgeous and I always set mine with powder to combat the heat and humidity here! I also love the scent of the foundation, slightly fruity and like a fresh countryside.
