butter LONDON LIPPY Liquid Lipstick Queen Vic Swatches & Review (c/o)
I love it when I can find a stand alone lip gloss. I’ve talked about plenty of times how pigmented my lips are and the first thing I look for when it comes to lip products is if it can withstand my natural lip color. Sheer lip glosses are usually the first to fail, so I try to find lip glosses with a lot more pigmentation.
In comes the butter LONDON LIPPY Liquid Lipstick. I wouldn’t call it a traditional liquid lipstick per se, it’s a mixture of a lip gloss and liquid lipstick providing just enough coverage without it being super opaque.
The texture is on the thicker and stickier side with a shine finish. You can apply the color in multiple layers (which is what I did below) for a more intense vibrant color or keep it more natural with just one. Either way, Queen Vic compliments and brightens up my skin tone.
I haven’t tried other shades, but based on my research online, they all have the same pigmentation. I have La Moss and Jaffa on my radar. 
Just like their nail lacquers, the LIPPY does not contain any harsh ingredients like parabens, petroleum, phthalates, or sulfates. Also if you’re really in love with Queen Vic, butter LONDON also has it in nail lacquer form!

Oh this shade is just stunning! I still don’t own any really purple lipsticks but I would love one! I do own a purple gloss from NYX but it’s a bit sheer and not as purple alone! The color may not be something I would wear but wow it is so gorgeous and well pigmented! I’d give Butter Londons other colors a try!
