For years now, I’ve been using Carlene K’s Shine Body Bronzer on nights out and I seriously won’t use anything else. As you can see above, this packs a serious bronze. Don’t let the picture above scare you if that’s too much bronze, you can definitely layer it up or use as little as you like. The scent is almond sweet and the texture is like a lotion, so application is easy. Also something to note is that the finish isn’t like a self tanner, this product is more like body makeup and the finish is very glowy.
On a night out, I make sure I’m moisturized and I have my entire outfit on before applying, then I let it set for about 5 minutes. I’ve worn white/light colored dresses with it and had no problems, but making sure the bronzer sets is essential! You can see how it looks like in action on my IG here and here.
This bronzer is not easily found in stores unless you’re around LA, so your best bet is online or you can find the nearest location on her site. The bottle costs $30, but it takes me about a year to finish the entire thing. It’s definitely worth every penny – I get tons of compliments when I wear it and I’ve gotten my friends to love it too! I’m hoping she comes out with travel sizes soon since I’m always bringing it with me on vacay!

Great recommendation! I like that its a bronzer and not a self-tanner. I could definitely use this product in the fall when my tan (sadly) completely fades!
