So I’m totally guilty about this love affair I have with glitter this season. My NYE outfit is glittery, my makeup has glitter and yes, tomorrow’s post will include glitter as well. 🙂
As much as I would love to do full-on glitter makeup, I definitely don’t wanna be a disco ball at my NYE party. Charlotte Tilbury’s Luxury Palette in Dolce Vita was the perfect choice for me since it included a pressed pigment. Pigments are a great option for those who want something a little more subtle than glitter and this one is soooooo beautiful over the top of any one of the shadows in the palette. Here’s what I used:
FACE: Make Up Forever HD Invisible Cover Foundation in 153
CONCEALER: NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer + Ben Nye Banana Powder (a Kim K makeup artist fave!)
CHEEKS: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure
LIPS: theBalm Lip Gloss in Snap!
EYESHADOW: Charlotte Luxury Palette in Dolce Vita – Warm Reddy brown all over lid and lower lash line, dark brown in outer corner, pigment on lids towards my inner corner, shimmery cream in my inner corner
EYELINER: Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliner in Peversion and NYC Liquid Eyeliner
LASHES: Clinique Bottom Lash Mascara, L’Oreal False Fiber Mascara Waterproof, NYX Wicked Lashes in Risque

I love this make up look, you really suit nude lips! I really wanted a Charlotte Tilbury palette but I opted for the Too Faced Chocolate Bar instead as I thought I’d get more use out of it! xx

I would commit to a palette that you know you’ll love and wear. I love reddish browns so I knew that I could wear this palette everyday if I wanted to. xx
