COVERGIRL The Super Sizer Mascara Review (c/o)
Finally, a drugstore mascara that measures up to the Benefit they’re real mascara.
The Super Sizer Mascara is COVERGIRL’s latest mascara that “gives you 400% more corner-to-corner volume for full, fanned out lashes.”
I’m not sure about 400% but it definitely gave my baby straight asian lashes a major boost.
Its wand is like nothing I’ve ever seen.
I tend to like the plastic-y firm bristles as I find those really grab onto my lashes for a more dramatic effect.
This wand took some getting used to, but the results were pretty impressive.
For best results, you’re supposed to use the flat side of the brush at the root of the lash and comb through. As the second step, you twirl/rotate the brush with each layer. The super short bristles (where the flat side is) lay tons of product onto your lashes, while the longer bristles help with the distribution. The mascara is applied to groups of lashes (see below) for a more dramatic look.
I didn’t experience any smudging or flaking throughout the day.
This mascara was not waterproof, so I think that’ll be the next to try on my list. Who knows, it may even replace my Maybelline Falsies Mascara! :O
For those who like dramatic lashes, I couldn’t recommend trying this mascara enough.

Interesting! I’ve seen a couple girls from the states loving this mascara and I find it really strange! I never thought that a wand like that would apply product properly but I’m glad to see that it works well! It definitely gives you more volume, I like my mascaras to be length+volume if possible. Otherwise I’d go for length +definition. I’ve only ever tried one mascara from covergirl..wait make that two, the lash blast for length (which was terrible, the brush was too soft, the formula too wet) and the natureluxe which was okay but not water proof and it didn’t give me much volume! I really would love to try the clump crusher and this new one!
