Happy Friday! Continuing along my set of tips on how to wear brights, this post is going to be all about how you wear them.
Intensity: A bright lip is a bright lip, no matter how sheer or intense it is. So if rocking a fully opaque bright lipstick is just not your cup of tea, why not sheer it down with your favorite lip balm? But whatever you do, make sure you feel comfortable!
Focal Point: You’ve chosen your lipstick, but now what? Well with a bright like that, I try to keep my face fairly neutral. I personally love a really soft brown/smokey eye to define my eyes and the lipstick still remains the center of attention. Just a slick of eyeliner and mascara is also really effortless, if you need a more wearable look.

Nice series! I only have one rule I adhere to when wearing a bright lip… and that’s to whiten my teeth before. Ha! It’s because I find bright colors tend to make off-white teeth look even MORE off-white haha.
