Lemon Tart | Butterfudge | Creative Copper | Unwind | Divine Decadence
Yup it’s another neutral palette – how can I resist? As MAC’s answer to the UD Naked Palette, I purchased it only to see how the shades match up to the infamous palette and just as you’d expect, MAC’s eyeshadows apply pigmented, buttery, and the selection of neutral shades were outstanding (although I wish there were more medium matte brown shades like Omega or Soft Brown). Recently I’ve been reaching for Creative Copper on the lid, Saddle in the outer corner, and Gingersnap in between.
This palette contains 15 eyeshadows at $100, a steal considering MAC eyeshadows normally cost $15 each. However, if you’re comparing it to other neutral palettes on the market, this palette is a little pricey. But then again, in my opinion, MAC eyeshadows are the gold standard in the makeup world and this palette does not disappoint.
What shades would you choose to put in your ideal neutral MAC palette? Oh and Happy St. Patty’s Day!

Gorgeous palette, Butterfudge especially is lovely! It’s a lot of money but I guess it is cheaper than buying them separately.

I agree, very pretty. I sometimes use just Butterfudge on the lid and I’m good to go! xx

What a bargain! And I haven’t tried any of these shades before… will have to consider getting!
You should, especially with the new MAC store in SF!

I’m not into regular eyeshadows — I can’t go without eyeshadow primer, but the extra step annoys me. So I rely on cream eyeshadows or hybrid products… but this doesn’t stop me from ogling all the beautiful neutral palettes around the blogosphere lately. Bobbi Brown’s holiday palettes last December were particularly gorgeous, and these MAC ones don’t disappoint either
