Mineral Fusion Nail Polish in Garnet
You all saw how much I loved the Mineral Fusion Nail Polish in Fiery Lava and I picked this up mainly because this polish actually reminds me of one of my favorite dark reds by L’Oreal.
If you’re not familiar with Mineral Fusion, it’s a natural cosmetic brand using minerals as the star ingredient in their products. This nail polish is formulated without formaldehyde, toulene, camphor and dibutyl pthalate and they create their packaging from recycled materials.
Application isn’t as smooth as Fiery Lava, it’s a bit streaky and three coats seem to be the sweet spot to get it this dark. The brush didn’t wow me, I prefer my nail polish brushes a little wider to make it easier to create a crisp line around the nail bed. Wear time has been good so far for the past three days, no chips yet! 🙂
Final thoughts? I’d continue to wear Garnet since this particular shade is one that I love wearing during the Fall and Winter. They have 61 shades to choose from and Whole Foods had an amazing selection to choose from.

What a nice product! I like that they care about the environment as well with the packaging. Do you think those ingredients work better on your nails to avoid stains and stuff like that?

I don’t know about stains, but they say that because it doesn’t have those harsh chemicals, it’s better for your nails.
I have two bottles from Mineral Fusion and love it. It is really long lasting. Love the color you have on!
