Pur Minerals Secret Crush Palette Swatches & Review (c/o)
Ah, this is where I’m happiest…right in the neutral zone. This is my first time trying Pur Minerals makeup and I gotta say, I’m kinda liking it.
The Secret Crush Palette comes with 8 shades: 4 frosts, 3 satins, and 1 satin with glitter.
As you can tell, I love the frosty bronze shades, but this palette is lacking a transition shade and a highlight. I think Rendezvous could have been replaced with a matte light medium brown and Whisper (satin with glitter) should have been a creamy or gold frost.
The texture of the eyeshadows aren’t super buttery, but it still packs good color payoff. These eyeshadows actually remind me of the Too Faced eyeshadows and the frosts are also nice to use wet if you want a metallic wet look on the lids.
If neutral palettes have a special place in your heart, the Secret Crush is a nice palette to add to your collection (um, Passion makes this palette worth it ;)). I also saw on the site an all matte neutral palette that I’d love to try as well!
Available for $32 at purminerals.com & Ulta.

I’ve never heard of this brand… It definitely looks cheaper than it is, which is not a good thing :p the colours look very pretty though!

Minus the brush, I really liked the packaging (I love anything metallic rose haha)! The metal case is quite sturdy especially if you need to pack it.

I think the middle three shades look the prettiest and would love this if it were a trio instead of a palette. Those white shades just seem out of place and too bright!

Oh this palette is super dainty and great for travel! I just wish the two highlight shades weren’t so similar! It would have been lovely to have one shimmery light pink tone too! It’s not a palette I need but I sure know some ladies who never get enough neutrals! :p

I think that the all matte version would be a bit more up my alley. There’s just something about mattes that I find so wearable, and can always be used in combo with other shimmery colours. But you can never have enough eyeshadow palettes, no matter what the formula 😉

Ouuhhh, this is really lovely. What a great selection of shades. I love that it’s a more compact palette, as well. I wish the first six shades were a bit more varied, but I still really like the look of this.

It’s beautiful! I’ve been so into rosy tones lately! Needless to say how much this reminds of the Naked 3 Palette. Infatuation seems like my perfect eyeshadow <3
