tarte Tartlette Palette | Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Concealer | Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Glow on the Go | Sephora Supreme Cleansing Oil | Dior Addict Lip Glow | Cover FX Pressed Mineral Foundation | Dr. Dennis Gross One Step Acne Eliminating Pads
So the Sephora Friends and Family sale recently happened and I couldn’t help but pick up a few things that have been on my wish list. The site was down so I visited the newest Sephora location in my area on Santana Row. It just opened that day (great timing!) and I was super happy that it was well stocked because I knew by the time I would get online, there was good chance of products being sold out.
- The tarte Tartlette Palette: This has been on my wishlist since it was released and because the shadows have this gorgeous mauve/purple undertone, I knew it would be super flattering with my eye color.
- Cover FX Pressed Mineral Foundation: The Cover FX display was impressive and was pretty happy to see how many skin tones with different undertones were offered. For reference I picked up G+50, so if you struggle to find yellow enough foundations, Cover FX is for you.
- Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Glow on the Go: Since Becca Champagne Pop blew my mind, I had to pick up this duo that would be perfect for traveling and for special occasions. Using both at the same time takes my strobing to a whole other level.
- Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Serum Concealer: I’ve always been happy with the Bobbi Brown Corrector in Peach — it does an amazing job at getting rid of my dark circles so when I saw it in liquid form, I had to try it. Let me tell you, it’s even better than the orginal!
- Sephora Supreme Cleansing Oil: For the skincare bits, I’ve been really into oil cleansers to breakdown all my makeup at night and the Sephora Supreme Cleansing Oil looked promising.
- Dr. Dennis Gross One Step Acne Eliminating Pads: Then the Dr. Dennis Gross Cleansing Pads caught my eye, promising clearer skin in 10 days. With all the trouble I have with my skin, I figured, why not?
- Dior Addict Lip Glow: Lastly, I HAD to pick up another Dior Lip Glow. I’ve finished two already and I can’t live without it. It’s such an easy balm to slap on when I need some color on my lips but don’t want to look overly done. It’s been the lip product I’ve been reaching for, especially when I’m at school.
So glad I was able to pick up these items at a discount, I try to take advantage of Sephora’s sales whenever possible. Did you buy anything at the sale? Do you have any product recommendations to add to my wish list?

Oh you must live near me! I heard about the store opening in Santana Row and am definitely excited to check it out. The Tarte palette is gorgeous, I just don’t wear shadows enough to validate that kind of purchase. I picked up the Hourglass palette and am loving it so far!
