Soft and Pretty Valentine’s Day Makeup
(whoa, up close and personal)
Let’s talk Valentine’s Day (or Galentine’s Day!). In my Valentine’s Day makeup wish list, to my surprise, a lot of you said that you prefer the sweet vs sexy look so I decided to do this look that uses a lot of shimmery pink products without being too Barbie at the same time. Because I like my eyes pretty defined on a daily basis, I did use a dark brown shadow, but you can use whatever you’re comfortable with!

Eyeshadows: L’Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow in Amber Rush on the lids and inner corner, Triple Fudge from Too Faced Chocolate Bar in outer corner, lashline and blended into eyeliner, and Salted Caramel from Too Faced Chocolate Bar in crease.
Eyeliner: NYC Eyeliner
Mascara: Too Faced Better Than False Lashes Mascara Duo
Falsies: NYX Wicked Lashes
Eyebrows: Anastasia Brow Powder Duo
Lips: theBalm Read My Lips Lip Gloss in Bam!
Honestly, I’d wear this look out wherever! I’m kinda itching for Spring makeup – anyone tired of the cold yet? I’ve been super OBSESSED with this theBalm Lip Gloss in Bam! I didn’t think I was going to like it since it was really pink in the tube. But because it’s a bubble gum pink with warm undertones, it worked out great with my skin tone. Another bonus was that it even applied almost opaque on my lips, score!

This is such a gorgeous look. I couldn’t stop looking at the blush on your cheeks. I’m a giant fan of the Mary Loumanizer. Guess I just found a valid excuse to buy her friend Cindy because it looks stunning as a blush.
