theBalm Mr. Write Now Eyeliner Pencil Swatches and Review (c/o)
theBalm strikes again with their new release of eyeliner pencils and of course I had to stop and notice how cute the names of their eyeliners are!
Mr. Write (Now) comes in eight wearable shades and major bonus that you don’t have to sharpen them either. All the liners are creamy to apply, but I found that Bill, Vince, and Wayne were the creamiest. They’re also long-lasting and fast to set, so make sure you have an oil-based makeup remover to remove these babies off! I’d say they are very similar to the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils, but creamier and more muted.
I think I’ll get the most wear out of Bill, Jac and Scott, but I can’t help admire the deep blue shade of Jac. I’m trying to incorporate more blues into my daily routine, so since Jac is a more muted navy, it’ll be easy to wear during the day. I also like that Brian isn’t a stark white but an all around flattering nude for a wide range of skin tones. My only critique is that I wish Dean was a darker black.

Is it easily available in the UK?
It’s not too bad, we have to order it online which is a bit annoying but at least they do ship to the UK! xx

That’s a good question, it didn’t say on the box! But, since some were creamier than others, certain shades might be easier to wear on the lips. Now that I think of it, Scott would be pretty on the lips! xx

Scott is beautiful, like a dark wine red. I would use that all the time! I need to stop by theBalm I have been itching to try their lipsticks 🙂
You should go to the store in the Mission! They have a lot of interactive things in there too.
Jac looks amazing! I’ve been on the hunt for a gold eyeliner/pencil for a while now and was considering one from Lush but I’d much prefer one in pencil form 🙂
