This past Thursday, I was lucky enough to be invited to the Opening Party of the new theBalm Cosmetics boutique in the Mission at 788 Valencia Street. There was a big turnout with some bloggers and fun beauty stations. 
On one side of the boutique, you could select eyeshadow shades in a palette with your favorite art work. If I had to choose, I would probably choose all nude shades. 
Here are some of my favorites. Naturally, I gravitated towards the San Francisco one. 🙂

It was so hard carrying a clutch, a jacket, a camera, and a drink!
Major plus: drinks and little bites were being passed around while we shopped. The brownies were SO good that I may have stalked the waiter a couple of times to grab more.

There were stations around the room where you can get an eye brow wax, a mini makeover, or an express mani. Another pretty cool thing about this boutique? Makeovers are free whenever you need that touchup and if you forgot how that makeup artist did that cat flick, they have your makeover recorded for you to watch on theBalm.com How cool is that?

i love the smell of the en root hair serum and hot mama is my all time favorite blush shade! a little bit really goes a long way. i haven’t used my time balm yet, though i should! let me know how you like that one = ) i hope you do a review on these products! <3 thebalm!

The dry shampoo is amazing! I’m wanting to try the lavender cleanser. I’ve used a few skin care items from theBalm, all fabulous, but haven’t explored many of the cleansers yet. And Hot Mama? Best peachy pink with gold shimmer around.
Just tried Hot Mama yesterday and I was blown away. This will amazing in the summer!!! xx
