Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette
I’m a little late to this party but one whiff of the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette and I was hooked. How could a girl say no to chocolate!?
I knew I would get tons of use out of all the shades here; there’s not one I wouldn’t use. The nudes have a good mix of shimmers/mattes and cool/warm shades as well. It’s pigmented, blends well, but beware of fallout. I definitely tap off the excess before I apply.
MAJOR brownie points for the large matte and shimmery cream shades. I always use a matte cream shade as my base, so it was nice to know that I wouldn’t be running out of that shade anytime soon.
Also love that there’s a purple shade in there. I consider certain types of purple almost a neutral because on certain skin tones, it almost looks like a super warm dark brown and it brings out the golden flecks in brown eyes. Love love love!
The packaging is pretty sturdy as well, it’s a great travel palette and you’ll have your essentials for both your day and night looks.
Let’s take a moment to also give major props to Too Faced for the names.

For some reason, I am totally in love with the idea of makeup and chocolate-themed packaging (like that Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer the Brit bloggers always talk about). Too Faced really hit the sweet spot on this one…so many women love neutral palettes and when it’s combined with chocolate!? the result is amazing 🙂
