Zoya Naturel Satins Swatches and Review (c/o)
I’m excited to be showing Zoya’s Naturel Satins Spring 2015 Collection today since it’s nothing like I’ve ever tried.
I’m pretty traditional when it comes to nail polishes and I’ve always liked them glossy. I’ve dabbled in mattes here and there but only for fun occasions.
This collection contains 6 polishes: Brittany (rose), Ana (almond), Leah (lavender), Rowan (taupe), Sage (green), and Tove (grey). These polishes contain a satin finish, which is a mixture of glossy and matte. The polishes look glossy during application, but it will dry to a satin opaque finish.
Swatched from L-R: Rowan | Leah | Ana | Brittany | Sage | Tove
All polishes applied pretty evenly, except for Sage, which I found a bit streaky. Brittany, Ana, and Leah were my favorite with my skin tone.
It’s suggested that you don’t apply your usual top coat, but I would find it really really hard to resist…I think after a few days of wearing non-glossy nails, maybe I would start to get used to the finish.
The Zoya Naturel Satins Spring 2015 Collection is available now at salons and Zoya.com for $9 each polish.
Which is your favorite color out of the collection?

I’m tempted to try these out; unfortunately the Zoya Matte collections always chip with my nails. (Not because they’re bad, more likely it’s not a good pair 🙁 ) Torn! They’re beautiful.

They said the satin shades last longer than the matte polishes 😉
