Yes To Tomatoes Daily Balancing Moisturizer*
This past July, I paid a little visit to the Yes To bike in SF where I found out which Yes To Collection suited my skin type the best. Because my skin is on the acne prone side, I got some products from the Yes To Tomatoes Collection. This moisturizer was one of the first things I tried and I have noticed a significant difference in breakouts this past month.
I don’t want to go into too much detail but I’ve had a serious history with acne (Accutane and all) and now that I’m older, the breakouts are now hormonal and only occur around that time of the month. But within the span of one month, I’ve experienced no hormonal breakouts yet – woo!
What I love most about this product is that it’s 99% natural and there are no strong chemical smells when I apply the lotion. It’s also a great value for money (50 mL), I pump only about a pea-sized amount and it covers my entire face! The texture of the lotion isn’t greasy either, it absorbs very quickly and has oil absorbing ingredients to keep me matte longer.
The only criticism I have with this moisturizer is the pump. Like I said earlier, I pump only a small amount and this pump squirts out a lot of product, so if you do buy this product, don’t press the pump all the way down.
Overall, I’m super pleased with the results so far and I can’t wait to try the other products they have in their line! Have you tried anything from the Yes To brand? What products do you recommend from them?

Wow the results sound so good, I’ve always been struggling with acne (hormonal and not) and it’s so discouraging! This sounds really promising.

This is my first time hearing about Yes To. But I like the sound of this moisturizer so far. I also suffer from random acne, which is so darn annoying. I’m always looking for a product that actually works. Their repairing acne lotion sounds good too.

I love the Yes To Cucumbers face wipes for travelling but the brand is a bit harder to find here in the UK, only some Boots and the occasional Waitrose stock it and even then it’s not the whole range 🙁 I’d love to try this moisturiser though, it sounds fab! The Simple Oil Balancing one is also great for acne prone skin (I also have a history of terrible acne!) xx
