What are some of your lightweight makeup options? I’m trying not to wear too much in the Summer or things that aren’t too heavy on my face.

Hi Stephanie! Thanks for sending over your question! I know this is a burning question for a lot of my readers, especially with the weather heating up. In California, we’re pretty blessed with dry heat, but I know for the East Coasters, it’s a different story. Here’s what I recommend:
Light Coverage Foundation
To even out skin tone. Glossier and the MAC Face & Body are buildable if you need more coverage.

Medium Coverage Foundation
For the oilier skin types, I would look into these Laura Mercier, NARS, and Estee Lauder options.

Lips
Go for a tinted balm, a lip oil, or a lightweight lipstick/gloss. I particularly love ones that stain your lips so I don’t have to keep reapplying. This one is currently in my bag.

Eyeshadow/Cheeks
I’ve been using the MUFE Aqua Cream for years – it’s waterproof and it’s great at staying on in hot weather. There are a ton of colors that you can use as eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick, and blush. So for an all rounder, I would highly recommend using these!
